We have several vacation rentals and our home in Englewood, and there always seems to be something to do.
We would like to find someone with the time and skillsets to help us keep things rolling along. Able to change a plug, change a faucet, patch a little stucco, paint, clean and repair kayaks and fix a screen. Etc.
Some definite tasks, some planned projects and some tinkering.
Very open schedule and nothing too high or heavy. We hope to find someone who lives very nearby, wants to stay active and add some income to their month. Use of pool, jacuzzi, boats and kayaks a bonus. Part time and long term desired.
