To even be considered, the right individual must have at least four years of Interior Finish Carpentry experience within the last ten years and be willing to travel from Anna Maria Island all the way down to Casey Key. COMPENSATION:
$20.00 - $35.00+ per hour
The top pay rate can be earned by showcasing an individual's tool collection, trade knowledge, work ethic, punctuality, and commitment to the company. We do not operate like the average company you are used to working for in the manner of our compensation structure. After the first 6 months of employment, every employee will be evaluated and most likely receive a raise in their compensation. Once the employee has reached the 1-year mark, the employee will be eligible for Paid vacation, paid holidays, an annual bonus, and more.
