Looking for PT Insurance Inspectors/ Surveyors. Area Routes available in Venice / Sarasota.
Independant Contractors- Inspector will be responsible for conducting exterior residential insurance inspections in Sarasota, Venice Area. Experience preferred but will train a motivated individual. In addition you will need the following items to begin: A dependable, gas effecient vehicle with current insurance. A digital camera (full body)15X optical zoom minimum. No pocket camera's. A 10 inch measuring wheel. A 6 foot camera pole. A computer with high speed internet. A GPS is suggested. The ideal candidate must be able to deal with a variety of people effectively, present themselves in a professional manner, have an aptitude for evaluating, analyzing and interpreting information. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and have effective time management and organizational skills in order to meet deadlines. Must be able to navigate and use computer for reports and uploading Photos, including internet and email. Must be able to pass a background check, and drug test. Full online training is provided. (Imperative)-Reliable vehicle and fuel efficient. Note-Compensation: The more inspections completed, the more pay. You are paid every Friday. You are a 1099 sub contractor.
