We are looking for the right person to join our team. We are a laidback company with room for growth. We need someone who is stable and reliable, who has their own vehicle, personal painting tools like brushes, putty knives and a set of painter's whites. You must be able to work a 5-day work week, carry and climb ladders, brush and roll. You must speak basic English to understand instructions, we have various nationalities that work for us, but no exceptions, basic English is a must. We do not use company vehicles, and we do not have carpooling options because we don't meet at the office every day, so a vehicle is not negotiable, you must have transportation to and from jobs.
Hours are roughly 7:00-4:00 Monday through Friday, paychecks are given every week on Fridays, a week behind. We use a payroll company and direct deposit is available.
We are looking for someone with some professional painting experience. Starting pay is based on experience and after your experience is proven we will adjust.
If you are not experienced, but want to learn, be honest, we would be happy to teach someone, but you need a basic understanding to start.
We are looking for the RIGHT person, not any person. We have a 10-12 man team, all of whom have been here for years, aside from 2 newcomers that started a couple weeks apart about a month ago. We have a lot of work now and coming up. If you're serious about working, reach out to us.
We are located in Sarasota and most of our work is in Sarasota, on the west coast close to Tampa. We are not close to Miami.
