✓ GOOD PAY AND BENEFITS- We offer a pay plan that includes performance-based bonuses so when the shop does better, you do better! Our techs earn up to $125K+ per year and we also offer Health + Vision + Dental, we pay for half (50%) of the employee’s insurance. 401(k) with 4% company match.
✓ EXCELLENT WORK LIFE BALANCE (GET YOUR LIFE BACK!)– We believe that people need their time to recharge and we’re committed to you being happy inside and outside of the shop. We offer a five day work week (NO WEEKENDS), holiday pay, paid time off, and some flexibility in advanced scheduling so you can take time off when you need to and spend time doing the things you love with the people you care for.
✓ HEAT AND AC! – We keep the shop at 68-72 degrees in the winter. For the summer we use a series of heavy-duty AC units that pull the humidity out of the air and keep it at a comfortable level. It feels great in the summer!

We have a growing base of awesome customers that care about their cars and aren’t afraid to keep their vehicles highly maintained. Jesse's Garage is currently looking for an experienced EUROPEAN AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN/MECHANIC to add to our growing team. The ideal candidate has 5+ years under their belt working in a professional European auto repair business. They would be good at diagnosing electrical issues, drivability, and mechanical repairs.
