DRIVER / ROOFING PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
Well-established, busy, and growing company seeking a professionally minded individual with a great attitude. Applicants must first and foremost play well with others, as we are lucky to have a group of highly skilled, like-minded staff with years of experience, that prides themselves on high-quality service through cooperative efforts. We do projects ranging from replacing a single window to scraping a building off the planet and starting from scratch. A major part of our family here is our roofing division.
Maintaining schedules, by safely and efficiently getting materials to, and debris from, jobsites is essential to our day-to-day operations and to future growth. This is done with a company owned truck and large dump-trailers, previous experience safely operating this type of vehicle/trailer set up would be a great asset.
This also includes getting to sites to set up access for inspections. We have established solid relationships with building departments and inspectors, and we know that everything depends on the cultivation and maintenance of these good relations.
Ideally, you (the applicant) will have plenty of related experience, however, it has been our experience that the right, motivated individual can succeed over an experienced person who doesn’t have the proper drive, if you’re a good learner this is a great opportunity.
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are non-negotiable requirements for this position. It also requires regular heavy lifting and extended hours. Applicants will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening. Our industry is constantly changing and evolving, so a willingness to continue learning, regardless of previous experience, is vital.
