Local remodeling company is growing! We're looking for an experienced and motivated Crew Supervisor to lead a small team (up to 5 members) on various remodeling projects. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with experience in tile work, woodworking, and general remodeling duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coach a crew of up to five workers on residential and commercial remodeling jobs.
Ensure job site safety, cleanliness, and organization.
Load and update project photos and progress reports to our company portal.
Maintain a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail on all projects.
Communicate clearly with project management and clients when needed.
Qualifications:
Prior experience leading teams in the remodeling or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of tile installation, woodwork, trim, and finish carpentry.
Ability to manage time, delegate tasks, and motivate team members.
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. (no exceptions).
Must pass a background check.

OSHA certification is a plus but not required.
