Construction remodeling design-build firm seeks general contractor to qualify our company. If desired, the possibility exists for license holder to preform project management duties for overall company and on construction projects. The company’s owners have 20 + years in commercial construction and 15 years in commercial/residential construction. Currently we have 15 projects in various stages of design. Historically we have completed 4 to 6 new construction projects per year and 10 to 15 renovations. We have the leads to expand upon this.
