Outside Sales Representative

We are growing and need quality people not quantities of people. We are looking for just a few people in each of the following counties in Florida:

Manatee, Sarasota, Lee, Osceola, Marion, Orange, Martin, Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade

We love people with experience almost as much as people without experience. That’s right we look for quality people not experienced ones. We will equip and train you to be the best in your field. I can’t teach integrity, you need to already possess that. I can teach you just about everything else.

Duties:

- Run qualified appointments from people who have called and asked us for an appointment. Follow up marketing efforts to secure more business.

- Create strong referral business

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

- Collaborate with the sales team to continue to develop personal selling skills.

- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability.

- Just sell, no order filling or typical customer service after the sale, we have staff for that.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.

Skills:

- No experience required, if you are coachable, we will train you! You MUST be coachable and possess a positive winning attitude!

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.

- Ability to work with online apps and simple software (don’t be scared its easy)

- Business development skills to identify new leads and convert them into customers.

- Ability to negotiate contracts and pricing terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus for effectively communicating with a diverse customer base.

Salary: $75,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
