Job Title: State-to-State Moving Sales Representative

Location: Sarasota Close to Downtown

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses

Our mission is to provide a stress-free moving experience while delivering exceptional service. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team and help customers plan their long-distance moves. Full paid training.

Position Overview:

Great upbeat, motivation environment. As a State-to-State Moving Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers. Your role will be to build relationships, understand their moving needs, and create tailored quotes. You’ll guide them through the process from first inquiry to booking, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to hot inbound sales leads and proactively follow up with potential customers.

Educate clients on our services, pricing, and moving process.

Prepare accurate quotes for state-to-state moves.

Maintain strong communication and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.

Record customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

Proven experience is not necessary. (Training provided).

Strong phone and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to close deals and handle objections effectively.

Self-motivated with a competitive drive to exceed targets.

Basic computer and CRM proficiency.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus.
