Are you a vigilant individual with a keen eye for detail? Nestled on the beautiful beachfront, is seeking an Overnight Unarmed Security Officer to safeguard our premises during nighttime hours.
Job Responsibilities:
-Patrol the premises regularly to ensure the safety and security of residents and property.
-Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems.
-Respond promptly to any disturbances or emergencies.
-Enforce property rules and regulations.
-Provide assistance to residents and visitors as needed.
Requirements:
-1 year of prior security experience.
-Prior service in the military or law enforcement preferred.
-Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations calmly.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Must be able to work overnight shifts from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
