Nokomis manufacturing company is looking for a full-time Shipping Coordinator Monday-Friday. Benefits available with 70% of health insurance paid for employee and family, sick, vacation and retirement plan.
Must be able to communicate effectively with internal departments and customers to coordinate shipping and provide updates as needed.
Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders to schedule pickups and deliveries, obtain shipping quotes and track shipments.
Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing slips and shipping labels, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer requirements and regulatory standards.
Coordinate outgoing domestic and international shipments of equipment in accordance with customer requirements.
Must have QuickBooks experience.
