Responsibilities include; Manage day to day office duties, assist bookkeeper with month end reporting, A/P, A/R's, P & L, budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, amortization schedules, inventory control and other duties to keep wheels turning. Ideal candidate has experience with Quickbooks desktop, wholesale and retail sales, credit card processing, merchant fees and friendly customer interaction.
Minimum 5 years experience required w/ focus on Quickbooks desktop accounting software, oh, and a great sense of humor helps.
