Busy local flower shop is looking for the right person to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have customer service friendly and patient personality providing assistance and support to customers. Floral assistants use customer service by answering questions and maintaining cleanliness and safety, dispatching drivers and working with the designers in our work space.
You may be asked to also process flowers and plants, take pictures of the latest products in stock and upload them to our catalog.
Your main goal is to be quick and professional at taking orders over the phone.
Assist the florist, help set up events, and floral arrangements going out for delivery.
Provide incredible customer service by proactively approaching clients, offering floral suggestions and care instructions.
Confirm pick-up and delivery through generated invoices.
Send photo confirmations to our clients
Write and call back customers with any updates or questions.
You may be assigned to water and care for our store plants and make the shop area look beautiful.
Sales is a huge part of this position we are willing to train the right candidate to know the product and be able to assist our clients with what is the best and freshest.
Experience is a plus but not needed. If you are willing to learn and love working with flowers - we are willing to train.
You may be asked to lift heavier items sometimes on weddings and events.
Starting pay without any experience is $14
If you are amazing at sales and keeping up with the office work and keep the shop in good condition we are happy to offer more per hour.
