Amazon Packing & Labeling Assistant / Personal Assistant (Full-Time, $15–20/hr)

Compensation: $15–20/hour (based on experience, with raise after probationary period)

About the Role
I run a growing Amazon business from a home office environment and I’m looking for reliable, detail-oriented help. This role has two main parts:
Hands-On Packing & Labeling – unboxing, labeling, and repacking items for shipment to amazon warehouse/fulfillment centers(boxes up to 50 lbs).
Assistant/Driver Tasks – helping with errands, drop-offs, and supporting day-to-day operations.
Some people may prefer the physical/repetitive side (packing & labeling), while others may enjoy more assistant-style tasks. There’s room for both — and even the chance to grow into a right-hand assistant role over time.
Responsibilities:
Label and pack products for Amazon shipments (training provided).
Drive to drop-offs and errands as needed.
Keep the in-home workspace organized.
(Optional growth) Learn Amazon’s system for creating fulfillment orders.
(Optional growth) Take on personal assistant responsibilities depending on skills/interest.
Training & Growth:
At first, I’ll provide labels and instructions step by step.
Over time, you’ll learn how to handle the Amazon system and take on more responsibility if you’d like.
Depending on strengths, the role can stay focused on packing OR grow into a broader assistant role.
Schedule & Pay:
Monday–Friday, approximately 30–40 hrs/week. Typical working hours.
$15–20/hr, depending on experience and performance.
Training/probationary period may start closer to $15/hr.
After 1–4 weeks, pay can increase toward $17–20/hr depending on capability.
Requirements:
Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions.
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
Valid driver’s license and reliable driving skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
(Bonus) Experience in packing, shipping, or assistant roles.
