Administrative Assistant for Busy Golf Cart Dealership!
Professionally represent our company in all customer communications. Perform administrative tasks for the sales department. Assist with new employee job postings and onboarding. Creation of forms.
Essential Duties:
Greet customers in showroom, answer and route incoming phone calls, emails, texts
Create and update forms in MS Word, Excel; route to staff
Coordinate new hire onboarding, including creating forms, posting jobs
Organize electronic files
Order golf cart accessories
Order office and cleaning supplies
Marketing/PR:
Receive and fulfill donation requests
Create, order and organize promotional items (clothing, MS Word documents, VistaPrint, etc.)
Merchandise showroom
Special events, such as holiday parade, in store promotions
Employee Onboarding:
Post jobs on hiring websites, monitor applicants, set up interviews
Create orientation forms
Create/update staff forms such as job descriptions, employee handbook, etc.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have database experience.
Must be a proficient typer.
Must be proficient at word and excel.
Must have customer service experience and superior communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and clearly, with a wide variety of customers and coworkers, on the phone, in person and in writing.
Must be able to solve customer issues.
Must be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to multitask.
Ability to learn and retain knowledge of golf car brands, features.
Operation of a golf car, tablet, keyboard, printer, battery charger.
Ability to lift 30 pounds occasionally (golf car seats, etc.)
