We are currently seeking reliable and skilled Office Administrator for an opportunity in Bradenton. This is a temp to hire opportunity being offered through our staffing agency. Pay is $20-$23 per hour, depending on experience. Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.
Essential Functions:
Assist sales personnel with preparing proposals and invoices in compliance with any contract guidelines.
Assist with contract bids and form completions.
Create Excel spreadsheets including tables and inputting equations.
Perform administrative support, including updating/sorting files, incoming phone calls, data organization, drafting
and proofreading correspondence, and conducting research.
Receiving incoming shipments, ensuring correct parts are received, and organizing incoming paperwork.
Minimum Qualifications:
At least (3) years of experience in as administrative assistant in an office setting
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and Word
