Job Description:
CMM Roofing is seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as door-to-door canvassers. Your primary role will be to engage with homeowners in neighborhoods affected by recent storms, generating leads for free roof inspections and estimates. No experience is necessary—we provide full training!
Responsibilities:
- Walk door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to inform homeowners about our roofing services.
- Identify homes that may have storm damage and offer free roof inspections.
- Collect homeowner contact information for follow-up.
- Meet daily/weekly lead generation goals.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.
- Prior sales or canvassing experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be 18 years or older.
