Design Services is a family owned and operated Sarasota Designer Warehouse.
We service both commercial and residential clients and specialize in receiving, storage, delivery, and installation of furniture, accessories, and art.
We are seeking a very experienced lumper loader to work at our Sarasota warehouses loading and unloading trucks for 10-14 days.
Appx 2 trucks per day with 1-2 helpers.
Rate of pay is based on experience
Responsibilities
Working with a manifest to manually pull and load and unload different shaped cartons and furniture.
The lumper must know how to properly stage and load 26 foot box trucks with minimum to no supervision
Repackage product
Carry heavy objects
Use common sense and innovation to safely accomplish your tasks
Complete logs and reports
Proven working experience as a warehouse worker and and truck loader
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail
