Team Lead, Landscaping Department

Duties
Team lead training with General Manager for first 6 months.
Help build and install landscape features such as flower beds, pathways, and irrigation systems.
Lead move and trim crew.
Conduct regular inspections of landscapes to identify areas needing improvement or repair.
Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences.
Train and learn all safety and operations of all landscape equipment
Build team rapport and healthy work environment.
Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Love to work outdoors.
Leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams.
Knowledge or interest in horticulture, plant care, and landscape design principles.
Familiarity with irrigation systems and lawn care practices is preferred.
Ability to maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety regulations.
Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
Experience driving a truck with an attached trailer

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Experience:
Supervising: 1 year(Preferred)
Customer facing communication: 1 year (Preferred)
Planting: 1 year (Preferred)
Installation of irrigation systems: 1 year (Preferred)
Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
Driver's License (Required)
Working knowledge of Microsoft office 365 programs: word, outlook and Excel (preferred)
