River Isles, a premier community for vibrant adults 55+ residents in a deed-restricted community of well-maintained, single-family homes is located along the Braden River.
We are looking for a part-time maintenance person to provide coverage and flexible support for our current team members. Flexible hours including Saturdays and/or other times outside of normal business hours for emergency situations.
In this role, you will accomplish a variety of routine and preventative maintenance responsibilities for the River Isles Community’s common buildings, common areas and pool to ensure long-term viability of the community.
As the Maintenance Technician you will:
· Perform grounds work and seasonal maintenance in community common areas: power wash, pest control, sweep curb & dumpster areas, maintain landscaping and other areas.
· Collaborate as a team player to achieve customer expectations and ensure ongoing operations.
· Maintain a professional, courteous rapport with all residents, vendors, contractors, and colleagues.
· Previous experience and general knowledge of landscaping, basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and hand tools preferred but not required.
· Ability to work in a variety of seasonal temperatures as the role requires outdoor work.
· Take initiative and have the flexibility to work well independently as well as in a team environment where you see assignments and projects through to completion.
