Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in our community. This role is critical in ensuring our operations run smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance on equipment and building systems.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
Complete work orders and preventive maintenance tasks on time.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
Home turn over.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Document maintenance activities and report issues to supervisors.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacture homes, industrial, or property setting.
Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills for logging work orders.
