MAINTENANCE POSITION (Part-Time)

Part-time (18 hours per week) maintenance person wanted for Bradenton 2-story condo association with 53 units. $20/hr and up depending on experience. Must be able to climb up and down stairs/ladders, carry up to 50#, safely operate power tools, etc. Able to take direction and work on own. English speaking and have reliable transportation. Mostly outside work to include but not limited to keeping areas clean, removing debris from roofs and gutters, wood repairs (stairs, fencing), power washing, minor drywall repair, interface with owners/occupants and contractors.
