Impact Landscaping and Irrigation is hiring a Landscape Unit Install Manager who is responsible for managing (2) landscape unit install crews and (2) Irrigation unit install crews. The crews are responsible for installing the initial landscape and irrigation on all new construction homes within our contracted communities. This position works very closely with builders and construction managers in the field.
Job Requirements:
Must have at least 3 - 5 years' experience in landscape installation and practices
Must be able to read landscape plans
Must be able to manage multiple crews (roughly 28 - 30 crew members)
Bi-Lingual is a plus but not mandatory
Must have a good understanding of irrigation designs and operations
Must have good verbal and written communication skills
Must be very organized
Must be able to use a computer
