We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Crew laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscaping and a strong willingness to learn. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively on a job site. You will be involved in a variety of projects, contributing to the restoration and improvement of residential and commercial property. Opportunity for advancement.
Responsibilities
Assist in the installation and removal of plants and trees
Lay sod and help install irrigation systems
Operate tools and equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols on the job site
Collaborate with team members to get the job done efficiently and effectively
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow directions from supervisors and contribute positively to team dynamic
Qualifications
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Familiarity with different trees, plants and rock types
Experience with all landscaping installation techniques; irrigation and lighting installation skills are a plus
Strong understanding of landscape site safety practices
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively on-site
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks as required
Bilingual is a plus
Available to work 50 hours per week
Ability to Travel to, or relocate to, Fort Myers, FL
