Handyman's helper needed

I have various things going on. I'm looking for someone who is light on their feet, who knows how to walk on barrel tile roofs without breaking a whole bunch. Someone to clean out the gutter over the pool deck. Also for pressure washing, painting, maybe some yard clean up. I can start someone 16 to 18 per hour maybe more depending on you and what you can actually do and your experiences. Need someone who doesn't have physical disabilities, bad back, messed up knees, elbows. This is a very physical job and I don't want anyone to get hurt. You need to be in shape and off the hard narcotics, no booozing all night and morning. Looking for someone clean cut and professional looking, I'm actually looking for a partner, side kick to wants more. I have other businesses in mind that I want to move forward with and I'm going to need someone reliable, WHO has a DRIVERS LICENSE and their own TRANSPORTATION,
