Are you ready to soak up the sun while keeping Siesta Key beautiful? We're seeking a reliable and energetic candidate to join our team as a Condo Grounds Maintenance worker. This position is currently temporary but could turn into a permanent opportunity for the right individual.
Hours:Monday – Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm
Pay: $19.50 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Landscaping and planting
- Keeping the grounds tidy by picking up litter, trash, and recycling
- Pool cleaning
- Performing light maintenance tasks
- Changing light bulbs
- Cleaning common areas
This role involves manual labor and requires the ability to work outside in the Florida heat and elements.
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a Local and National Background Check
- Reliable transportation
- Available for interviews at our agency and with our client
This position is being offered through our staffing agency, with pay issued weekly and taxes deducted.
