Local, well established, 15-year-old commercial cleaning company looking to hire multiple (2) person crews within the Wellen Park area. This position is for cleaning a medical facility (5) nights a week, Monday – Friday, starting any time after 5:30 pm. Our commercial cleaners have played a key role in setting our company apart due to their high quality of care and work, professionalism, and responsive service levels. ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Utilize the clients customized commercial cleaning checklist and floorplan to perform our companies’ standards which include:
Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, exam rooms, etc.
Replenish supplies (i.e., soap, paper products) in restrooms, kitchens, exam rooms, etc.
Dust furniture, equipment, desks, wall hangings, woodwork, etc.
Clean and straighten waiting rooms, reception areas, common space, etc.
Remove trash and recyclables to proper outdoor disposal areas and replace trash can liners.
Utilize dust mop, push broom, canister vacuum, commercial mop assembly to properly clean flooring.
Ensure proper facility security measures and comply with all safety policies and procedures relating to performance of tasks.
Handle special requests for customers as appropriate and complete supply re-order forms.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Physical Demands – Walking, bending, kneeling, pushing and pulling objects, lifting and moving objects, repetitive bending and lifting, and repetitive arm movements.
Travel – Transportation to and from customers place of business with reliable and dependable transportation is necessary.
Attire – Comfortable clothing that is not revealing and allows freedom of movement with closed toe shoes.
Personal Appearance – Maintain personal hygiene habits that are generally accepted in the community.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be able to legally work in the United States.
Must be able to speak and write English fluently.
Experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
