The Candidate must be able to pass a local and level 2 background, possess a high school diploma, complete all trainings within specified time frame and have reliable transportation.
Job duties include but not limited to assisting individuals with safely accessing community activities of their choice, assistance with daily living activities as needed, assistance with coordinating medical care and managing medications, assistance with job skills and life skills as well as other support services.
