DUTIES
- Provide personal care to patients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including using proper lifting techniques.
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Assist with medical documentation and maintain accurate records of patient care.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Assist with catheter care, if necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as nursing home or senior care.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities or special needs.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team of healthcare professionals.
- Ability to lift and move patients safely using proper techniques.
- Flexibility in scheduling and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $17.50 - $22.00 per hour
