Morton's Gourmet Market is in immediate need of a FULL OR PART TIME BUTCHER / MEAT CUTTER
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Cutting and fabrication of various meat products (beef, pork, lamb, veal, chicken)
- Working with meat band saw and grinder
- Taking physical inventory of product
- Ordering meat and other products
- Cleaning and sanitizing work area
Applicants must have:
- GREAT customer service skills.
- Prior experience in the field - cutting test required
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
- Positive mental attitude and aim-to-please approach.
- Strong work ethic
- Other culinary experience always a plus
Flexible schedule is a must. Some nights (until 8 pm) and weekends are part of the job. Paid vacations and medical/dental insurance available to FT employees.
