Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician I, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Job Title: Maintenance Technician ILocation: Sarasota, FLPay Range: $23 per hourWhat's the Job?

Resolves all maintenance and mechanical problems promptly with minimal disruption to production schedules.

Follows all lock-out, tag-out procedures.

Performs conveyor belt repair, minor equipment repair, and replaces parts in need of replacing.

Light preventative maintenance operations.

Enable effective communications.

What's Needed?

Willingness to work an off shift and weekends, although hours and shifts can change based on business needs.

Work performed in a warehouse type facility with temperatures subject to normal environmental conditions.

High School Diploma or GED.

Prior factory experience is a plus.

Must be able to read and understand instructions and possess basic arithmetic skills.
