Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the Waste, Refuse & Environmental Waste Management industry, based in Sarasota, Florida. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing customer relations and supporting our sales team. Your tasks will include processing customer orders, handling inbound and outbound calls, and performing data entry tasks.Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, providing excellent customer service Process and confirm commercial orders accurately Schedule appointments for the outside sales team by making business calls Maintain high standards of email correspondence with customers and team members Utilize Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word for various administrative tasks Ensure accurate and efficient data entry Monitor and manage customer accounts diligently Take appropriate action based on customer account status Maintain organized and up-to-date customer records.Requirements Proficiency in answering inbound calls, handling queries, and addressing concerns in a timely manner. Demonstrated excellence in customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients. Proficient in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Capable of managing email correspondence, responding promptly and detail oriented to all communications. Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a high level of detail orientation. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create spreadsheets, use formulas, and analyze data. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, managing calendar appointments, and email communication. Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create, edit, and present detail oriented presentations. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, including the creation and editing of documents and reports. Ability to schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings in a busy office environment.
