Job Description:
Cleaning Specialist, hourly wage non-exempt
Position summary:
This is a new position to provide extra flexibility and meet client demand. In this role, which reports to our Crew Lead and/or Owner, you will clean spaces and build client relationships. This position requires availability on Saturday's 11am-3pm. The Made Clean Co. is a paperless workflow organization powered by Jobber.com from Quotes to Cleaning Checklists. Responsibilities:
– Completing tasks according to the provided Cleaning Checklists
– Managing a particular area of the Client’s home and ensuring a high level of quality
– Working with minimal supervision
– Assessing a Client’s home, prioritizing tasks, and using good judgment to customize the appointment per client’s wishes
– Building positive relationships with Clients by earning their trust and respect
– Complying with proper safety policies and procedures
– Transporting all equipment and supplies from each visit and to storage facility end of day
– Collecting payments from clients when required
– Professionally addressing any complaints or issues and reporting to management
– Taking the initiative to delight our clients wherever possible

Requirements:
– Smart phone
– Valid driver’s license with no serious infractions within the past 12 months
– Personal vehicle which can transport cleaning supplies
– Clean criminal record
– Previous cleaning experience is an asset
Work hours:
– By appointment ranging 9am–6pm, Monday to Friday with additional compensation opportunities on weekends.
Compensation:
$16.00/hour. $1.00 per hour raise to $17.00/hour after 90-day review and successful employment
Additional information:
– A criminal background check will be performed before hiring
– Paid training will be provided upon hire
