Live in Girlfriend

I am a 74 year old man in good health. I live in a one bedroom apartment in Venice. I am tired of the dating scene and the drama of traditional relationships. I was married for 25 years. Divorced 25 years ago. I have 2 adult daughters who live far away. So far I am self-sufficient thankfully. But I need a girl to shop, cook simple healthy meals for me, keep my apartment organized and clean and tend to all my needs. This girl needs to be smart enough to contact EMS should I become incapacitated and to help me in the event I become sick. I live in a one bedroom apartment. So this is not a heavy cleaning responsibility. I would cover all of this girl’s living expenses and give her a weekly stipend to be agreed upon. There is no age requirement I have in mind. But she will have to be substantially younger than me. I would first interview the applicant. Then I would have a professional do a thorough background check. Absolutely no smoking, drugs permitted in my apartment. The person would be allowed to drink in moderation but not to the point of intoxication. This person must have a valid Florida driver’s license with no DUIs or record other than such things as occasional speeding tickets. I would not want to have a child live here. So she would have to be single without children. I do not want that responsibility and there is not enough room for a child. The person would be required to submit to periodic drug tests.
