Join Our Team: Customer Service and Operations Assistant

Are you ready for an exciting career opportunity with a leading pack and ship company? We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at the front counter, assisting customers with various tasks including printing, scanning, laminating, packing, and shipping. Additionally, you will play a key role in our social media marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with printing, scanning, laminating, packing, and shipping needs.

Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.

Support social media marketing initiatives to promote our services and engage with our community.

Learn and utilize shipping software and other internal systems effectively.

Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.

Handle daily cash and credit card processing.

Requirements:

Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Basic understanding of social media marketing. IE: Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat

Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Ability to learn and operate various machines used in daily operations.

Dependable transportation and flexibility in work schedule.

Willingness to collaborate as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment. Must also be able to work independently at times.

Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Notary Public preferred. Must be willing to complete certification upon hiring. Certification will be paid for by the company.

Benefits:

Full-time position or Part-time position with some Saturdays required. Full-time positions will receive paid Federal holidays after 90 days.

Starting pay of $15 per hour with a performance evaluation after 90 days.
