Who We Are: We are a national real estate investment and education business which specializes in
small apartments (2-100 unit properties).
Expectations: Zero real estate experience is required of you. We’ll teach you our business. (If you’re
interested in real estate investing for yourself, you’ll learn it from the inside).
What You’ll Do: You’ll supervise 8-10 members of our remote team, including: managing their
workflow, creating schedules, reporting to senior management, evaluating performance, identifying
career advancement opportunities, and resolving disputes.
You should be great with people, possess a strong work ethic and good time management and
organizational skills. You should have a minimum five years’ experience in supervision.
We’ve been in business for over 15 years and recognized for growth by Inc Magazine three times.
Compensation: Minimum $60,000 in the first year, comprised of salary plus performance bonuses.
Location: This is a full-time position which will begin virtually and then shift physically to our new office
in Venice. You should be comfortable with technology and computer applications.
