Rooster Roofing is seeking a highly organized and motivated Assistant to the Project Manager to support our growing operations. This role is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn the roofing industry from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
▪️Assist with on-site crew management, ensuring projects run efficiently and on schedule.
▪️Support customer relations, keeping clients informed and satisfied.
▪️Manage materials, tasks, and reports for ongoing projects.
▪️Facilitate smooth communication between crews, management, and clients.
▪️Maintain accurate documentation and assist with report management.
Qualifications:
▪️Knowledge of construction; roofing industry experience preferred but not required.
▪️Strong organizational skills and efficiency-focused work habits.
▪️Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
▪️Trainable with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
▪️Familiarity with CompanyCam and Google Workspace is a plus.
▪️Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel to multiple job locations.
Schedule & Pay:
▪️Monday through Saturday.
▪️Pay is negotiable based on experience.
▪️Weekly pay every Friday.
