All while understanding that together we are even better.Schedule: Full TimeShift : Rotating scheduled M-F 7:30 AM - 8:00 PM, Sat. & Sun. 7:30 AM - 5:00 PMLocation: 4451 W 1st St., Sanford FL 32771The role you’ll contribute:Position is a hybrid of Medical Assistant role with cross training in front office duties as listed below in Principal Duties section.Assist provider in the delivery of medical care to clinic patients. Maintain high customer service skills with all patient interactions. The Medical Assistant (MA) is accountable for the performance of tasks and responsibilities within the framework of supportive and restorative care under the direction of the clinic physician. Under the general direction of the Manager, the position is responsible for being an effective multitask oriented individual that provides healthcare services and recognizes patient conditions essential for successful completion of duties and responsibilities. Must possess computer skills necessary to document patient information in E.M.R. in accordance to protocols and guidelines established, communicated and trained. Customer service skills are essential in all aspects of the position.The value you’ll bring to the team:

Assist provider in delivery of medical care to clinic patients.

Front office duties to include but not limited to the following: billing/charge entry, prior authorizations, scheduling, check in/out, insurance eligibility, answering phones, medical records processing, EMR super user.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :Minimum qualifications:

Up to 1-year previous experience

Graduate of MA program

MA Certification (current or obtained within 90 days of employment)

CPR Certification

Preferred qualifications:

5 years of medical practice experience
