Job DescriptionJob SummaryThe Senior Talent Advisor of Early Careers Recruiting will be responsible for the strategic direction of the company’s University Relations (UR) program. This role will design and implement on-campus, virtual and digital engagement efforts by partnering with Early Careers Talent Advisors, student groups, career services, faculty and administration. This role is also responsible for the oversight of identifying and training volunteers, including campus executives, school champions, business associates and student campus ambassadors.We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to lead our UR strategies. A minimum of 3 years of campus recruiting experience and a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with academic institutions. This role is critical in attracting top talent from universities and ensuring a robust pipeline of diverse future talent for our organization. Having a strong understanding of candidate and brand development principles will be critical as we evolve our digital and non-school strategies over the next 3-5 years.Key responsibilities will include representing our employer brand and values with target student populations and providing a robust candidate engagement strategy. Initiatives will include facilitating educational series and supporting early identification programs. The Senior Talent Advisor will lead and influence the Early Careers Talent Advisor team who are responsible for owning a number of core and priority schools critical to hiring goals based on business unit and geographic career opportunities, as well as owning important school relationships to the company. This role will play an integral part in advancing candidate attraction strategies and the execution of a positive candidate journey.Reporting to the Director of Candidate Sourcing and Engagement, Early Careers Recruiting, the Senior Talent Advisor will be a leader with frequent opportunities to interface with executives and management across HR and all business units.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee overall core and priority school strategy and accountability for activities on campus, including event execution, relationships with faculty/staff and leading business volunteers.

Work collaboratively with business-facing recruiting advisors, recruiting operations and early career talent development teams.

Execute campus recruiting activities to identify diverse student populations and build hiring pipelines.

Responsible for the education of business and student volunteers on how to engage with students who meet our desired candidate profiles.

Identify qualified university students to pipeline for early-identification, intern and entry-level positions, as well as build and maintain the firm's brand and image on university campuses.

Cultivate positive relationships with students throughout the entire candidate journey.

Design talent sourcing strategies to attract ideal candidates based on business needs.

Track and measure effectiveness of recruiting activities for data driven decisions.

Able to leverage and navigate recruiting tools and platforms to support recruiting processes (Yello, Handshake, ATS)

Owns and supports development of recruiting resources and materials critical for the success of school team volunteers and campus ambassadors.

Support central programs and activities including in-person and virtual office visits, development programs, summer internship and departmental and divisional initiatives.

Assist in building and maintaining relationships with target candidates and business partners, including all levels of employees/partners, vendors, university officials, clubs and organizations, faculty members and department heads.

Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and firm compliance requirements throughout the recruiting process.

Has a focus on continuous improvement.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Knowledge of

Corporate recruiting, particularly at the university level, and how to attract and engage today’s college student.

Employment law and hiring practices, behavioral based interview techniques, tracking processes for applicants, open positions and metrics.

Firm-wide orientation and business unit orientation programs.

Firm recruiting policy, procedures and databases.

Legal requirements and federal and state regulations related to employment.

EEOC and OFCCP regulations.

Uniform Guidelines and EEO.

Interviewing practices and techniques.

Principles, practices and procedures of human resources administration associated with employment, compensation and classification.

Needs assessment concepts and processes.

Facilitation and presentation methods and techniques.

MS Office applications, experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. Taleo, Workday, etc.).

Digital platforms (e.g. Yello, Handshake, etc.)

Event planning, coordination and facilitation of virtual and in-person activities.

Ability to

Travel up to 50% during campus recruiting season (September through November and February through April).
