Accounts Payable Specialist

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Saint Petersburg, Florida. The role requires a unique blend of skills in Accounts Payable (AP), 3 Way Matching, and General Ledger. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be in charge of handling invoices, managing expenses, and ensuring accurate financial records.Responsibilities: Handle incoming invoices via mail and email, ensuring they are properly coded and processed. Perform 3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving reports. Keep track of various expenses on a daily basis and ensure they are correctly logged and cleared. Monitor customer accounts regularly and take appropriate actions as needed. Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an Accounts Payable role or similar. Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) processing. Experience with 3 Way Matching in a financial or accounting context. Familiarity with General Ledger operations and maintenance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
