Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.Northrop Grumman’s Aeronautics Systems sector is looking for a Manager Programs 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our organization to support the E-2D organization/business unit on site in Saint Augustine, FL.Please Note: This position is on-site in St Augustine, FL and cannot be performed remotely due to the nature of the role .The primary objective will be the delivery of all contractual requirements on cost and on schedule, while achieving all technical requirements and creating customer intimacy to support value creation strategies and actions. The individual will lead a cross-functional organization aligned to common program performance goals.Job Responsibilities:Product Build IPT Leaders are responsible for leading a multidisciplined team for requirements, development, production, and testing of the E-2D Advanced Hawkeye in Production and Mods. The E-2D Flight Ops IPT Leader responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Leading and directing cross-functional E-2D Flight Operations Integrated Product Teams (IPT) to meet program cost, schedule and technical performance objectives.
Deliver Customer Satisfaction for their product.
Deliver quality products.
Manage the risk, issues, and opportunities of their team.
Timely identification and management of all resources required to include NG Labor, suppliers, and IWOs.
Develop targets and deliver performance for their area of Profit & Loss (P&L).
Provide accuracy and transparency throughout financial reporting process
Identify the functional skills required to complete each process within the multi-disciplined team’s statement of work.
Establish the baseline and performance for their team’s cost & schedule scope in alignment with the overall program parameters.
Conducting thorough risk & opportunity management practices including identification, mitigation and realization.
Delivering presentations to customers, executive management and other program stakeholders.
Participating in the negotiation of contracts, contract changes, specifications, operating budgets, schedule milestones, and key terms and conditions.

Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years of related experience supporting U.S. Government contracts and customers, aerospace manufacturing, project management, and/or military service OR Master’s and 6 years of related experience supporting U.S. Government contracts and customers, aerospace manufacturing, project management, and/or military service.
3 years of demonstrated success leading teams/and or organizations to achieve a common goal within quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
Active Secret DOD clearance or higher last investigated within the last 5 years.
Preferred Qualifications:
Aerospace manufacturing flight operations background.
Experience with aircraft systems integration and flight test.
Experience communicating verbally, written, and visually with contract stakeholders and multiple levels of leadership.
Earn Value Management Systems (EVMS) Knowledge.
Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Usage and SAP Knowledge.
Prior Program Management or Project Management Experience.
MS Office Suite Experience (Excell, PowerPoint, Project, Teams, etc.).
Certified CAM.
E-2D Experience.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
