Accounts Payable Clerk

Description Robert Half is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk on a long-term contract position for a client of ours in the Rockledge, FL area. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a key role in managing and processing employee expense reports, interacting with internal employees, and supporting the accounts payable function to ensure timely and correct payment of vendor invoices.Responsibilities: Efficiently and accurately process employee expense reports Work collaboratively with internal employees to manage expense reports Support the accounts payable function to ensure vendor invoices are paid correctly and on time Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and invoice processing tasks Maintain accurate records of customer credit Prepare expense reports using skills in Accounts Payable (AP), Coding Invoices, and Data Entry Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when needed.Requirements Demonstrable experience in the field of Accounts Payable (AP) is required Proficiency in coding invoices is essential Solid data entry skills are necessary for accurate record keeping Experience in invoice processing is a must Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary for data management and analysis Ability to handle and prepare expense reports efficiently Experience in preparing expense reports to ensure accurate financial managementRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
