Description Boutique law firm in Palm Beach is expanding and seeking a Trust & Estates attorney with 3+ years’ experience to work with high-net-worth clients handling Probate and Trust administration, Wills and Trusts, or Estate and Tax planning matters. This position provides work-life balance with hours 8:30-5:30 pm, no billable requirement, no overtime and no weekends. Handle estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters independently from start to finish
Review draft estate plans and finalize prior to signing meetings with clients
Consistently track billable time and work closely with our bookkeeping team to send out bills in a timely manner
Requirements
Qualifications:
Member of the Florida Bar
3+ years of experience in Estate Planning, Trust Administration, and Probate
LL.M. in tax is preferred
Strong research and writing skills
