Job Description
Contribute to and enhance the positive, welcoming, lively, and exciting atmosphere of Westgate Resorts Smoky Mountains by maintaining the presence of the resort mascot, Wes T. Bear, on property.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.- Assist with greeting at the Welcome Booth and Lobby during daily check-ins.
- Assist with weekend Curbside Greeting.
- Maintain a presence at the Welcome Parties.
- Maintain a presence in the Lobby during Owner BBQ events.
- Maintain a presence at any additional on-property events as needed.
- Interact with families and children on the property.
- Hand out balloons to children during daily check-ins.
- Be available to have pictures taken with Guests.
- Visit other locations of the property including but not limited to the Lobby, Waterpark, Owners', Club House, Arcade, Picnic Area, Welcome Booth, and swimming pools.
- Conform to department training standards.
Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to 3 months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must provide proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to start of employmentAdditional Information
