Generate and distribute accurate patient invoices.
Contact patients for past-due accounts and negotiate payment plans.
Process and apply payments, resolve discrepancies, and audit account balances.
Prepare AR aging reports and assist with monthly closing activities.
Ensure compliance with policies and maintain accurate records.
What We're Looking For:
Education: High school diploma (associate or bachelor's degree preferred).
Experience: 1-3 years in medical/dental AR or related field.
Skills: Proficiency in practice management software (e.g., Denticon, Dentrix) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a patient-centric attitude.
