Pay Rate:The pay rate for this job is $13 - $16 / hourWhat you'll be doing as a Bookkeeper / Data Entry:
Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements
Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
Verify that transactions are recorded correctly
Reconcile bank statements and cash
Answer phones

Proven bookkeeping experience
Proven Quickbooks experience
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
Experience in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office
Answer incoming calls
Reconciling cash and bank statements
Excellent customer service skills
Good communication skills
Basic computer skills, Quick Book knowledge & payroll
