Sr. Level Informatica Developer to help maintain existing Data Warehouse ETL as well as design, build and enhance existing Data Warehouse Overall IT Experience requirements:• A minimum 7+ years of strong work experience in a Data Warehousing Environment using Informatica in an AIX / Linux and UDB DB2 environment• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills• Capable of working with minimal supervision• Knowledge of all phases of Software Development Life Cycle SDLC (Requirement Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Documentation
Data Warehousing Requirements:• Good working knowledge of:o Data Warehouse Concepts, Database design/architectureo Star Schema / Snow Flake Designo Dimensional and Fact Table Design• ODBC Connectivity• UDB DB2Informatica Requirements:• Must have strong overall Informatica experience and knowledge from design to installation• Must have strong working knowledge of PowerCenter Designer, Workflow Manager, Workflow Monitor, Repository Manager, Deployment Groups, etc.)• Must have strong knowledge of Administrator Console functions• Full Implementation experience of both Server and Client software components as well as converting existing prior versions to latest version• Setting up of Disaster Recovery Server and Procedures• Setting up of LDAP and AD Groups• Setting up Security Groups and assignments• Ability to work with Informatica Support to resolve issuesData Base Requirements:• Strong UDB DB2 / SQL knowledge and experience• Knowledge of other databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, etc.Overall Technical Requirements:• Databases: UDB DB2, Oracle, MS SQL Server• Data Warehousing: Star-Schema, Snowflakes, FACT, Dimensions.• Operating Systems: Aix, Linux, Windows, DOS• Windows: MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint, MS-Project, Visio• Programming Languages : Knowledge of JAVA• Query Tools : TOAD, IBM Data StudioVacancy caducado!
