Billing Clerk

Description We are in search of a Billing Clerk to join our team in the Manufacturing industry, located in Pompano Beach, Florida. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity and is centered around managing daily transactions, creating invoices, and maintaining client accounts in an accurate manner. Responsibilities: Oversee client accounts and ensure each account is updated with accurate transaction details. Prepare and send invoices to clients both electronically and physically. Update our system with the latest payment information and other financial data. Support the billing team and team lead in various tasks. Receive, sort, and keep track of incoming payments. Issue receipts for payments received in a timely manner. Address client questions and issues related to billing. Prepare reports regularly and review billing activity for accuracy. Adhere to our strict client confidentiality policies. Utilize skills in billing, billing functions, statements to perform duties effectively.Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Experience in handling Billing functions Ability to use Billing software effectively Experience in preparing and managing Billing Statements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good organizational and time management skills High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry is desirable.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
