Experienced Subcontractor or Handyman Needed To Remodel Houses (Pensacola)
We are seeking an experienced and reliable independent subcontractor or handyman to join our team helping us renovate homes in Pensacola.
Self-directed individual to perform remodeling, improvements and repairs on residential properties. Must have experience with interior and exterior remodeling including finish carpentry, painting, flooring, and basic plumbing and electrical, while adhering to high quality standards and project timelines.
Must have truck, trailer and tools.
Having LLC, General Liability, Workers Comp or Exemption is a plus, but not required.
Very profitable and steady work for the right Subcontractor/Handyman.
